2nd call from this # both times it is a recorded message saying in a gruff stern message that he is Sargent so and so, didn't catch the name and it is of the up most importance that I call back quickly and if I fail it kind of threatens but I didn't get it all. The two calls have been like 3 months apart. Next time I will save the messae and see if I can get some one to listen to it for me. Maybe a police person.
